'Tain con comme c'est mauvais, on dirait du HxC avec des riffs tout pourris.

ouais enfin réedition ou réenregistrement, on s'en branle au final... ils ont fait du "neuf" avec du vieux quoi XD (sous entendu une soit disant nouvelle sortie pour rester dans l'actu')

je pense pas que j'écouterai en entier, je m'en tiens aux précédentes réalisations

C'est vrai que cette réédition, depuis son annonce, est entourée d'un certain flou… Rares sont ceux qui ont compris le communiqué de cet été du premier coup ! Et sans press kit, tu n'avais pas une tâche facile pour t'y retrouver…

Well, without sending everyone individual emails we rather put up a statement here.
First of all the 'Feel the blade' album is NOT a NEW album, and its also NOT recorded recently. Many think we took some Occult songs and re-recorded them recently. This is not the case.
'Feel the blade' comes from an album that Occult once released under the name 'Elegy for the weak', we as band strongly believe that this album belongs to the Legion of the damned category and since the album is hard to get we will rerelease it. ofcourse there may always be people outthere who were able to buy an 'elegy for the weak' copy for 10 or 15 Euro, but we putted so much efford into this new release that even if you own a copy of the 'elegy for the weak'album, this is still worth buying, it will not only have the elegy for the weak recording remastered but also 2 new songs and a cover song, plus a 127 minute long bonus DVD. This CD will come in 3 versions. One normal jewelcase version, 1 Limited digipack version (with DVD) and one exclusive for AMAZON made version DVD format with 6 free cards and sticker, the DVD will also have an embossed cover. This last version will only come in 1000 pieces and only available through AMAZON worldwide.
For us this is a personal matter, that the 'elegy for the weak' will see daylight again and that it will finally be available for everyone. This also makes it possible for us to play these songs again live since now they belong to the LOTD family.
We are very very happy with this killer release, there are killer tracks on it, and the packages will be subliem, and a perfect item for every die hard thrash legion of the damned Maniac.

Voilà qui clarifie un peu les choses! Difficile de trouver des infos précises sur cette réédition en tout cas...j'ai reçu l'album dans une pochette plastique sans aucun feuillet promo, pas très pratique même en cherchant bien sur le net!

Donc la similitude au niveau du son est juste due au mastering, et ceci afin d'homogénéiser le son de morceaux issus de différentes sessions d'enregistrement.
De plus cette réédition va leur permettre de jouer ces morceaux sur scène, ce qu'ils ne pouvaient contractuellement pas faire... Et ça c'est une pu*ain de bonne nouvelle!

J'en doute encore vu que les 2 nouveaux titres ont exactement le même son que les morceaux de l'album...de toute façon on s'en fout c'est chiant

LOTD c'est bien 5 minutes mais c'est vite saoulant, trouve-je.
